Disconnection

For HR professionals, prevention advisors, and managers

The ‘right to disconnect’ has been one of the new measures in the labor deal since October 3, 2022. It is now mandatory to develop training and awareness-raising actions for both employees and managers. Inability to disconnect can lead to absenteeism, chronic stress, or burnout. Therefore, it is important to learn how to incorporate the right to disconnect into your policy, with attention to all target groups (employees, managers, etc.).

Evy is an organizational psychologist with extensive experience in the HR aspects of hybrid work and workplace development. She is passionate about change initiatives and human behavior in the work environment. Evy has gained broad experience in implementing remote work policies, disconnecting, and setting agreements (both at the organizational and team levels).
