Our vision of a neuro-inclusive work environment

At brainmove, we do not approach the work environment solely from the perspective of the organization or the team, but always also from the well-being of the individual. A high-performing workplace is only truly sustainable when it takes into account the diversity in how people think, feel, and function.

We specialize in developing neuroinclusive work environments, built on an evidence-based and holistic approach. We always start from insight. We analyze neurodiversity within the organization through targeted surveys, or by assessing the work environment itself to identify which elements support or hinder neurodiversity.

Our role does not stop at analysis. With our background in organizational and occupational psychology, we also guide the design process. We help steer design decisions to ensure the work environment fully supports inclusivity and accommodates diverse neuroprofiles. This results in a tailored workplace mix aligned with the organization and its teams, where choice and clarity are key.

In a neuroinclusive work environment, employees can consciously choose based on their needs and the experience they seek. It is not the activity itself that is central, but how individuals can best perform that activity. This requires a variety of environments and careful attention to factors such as lighting quality, materials, colors, acoustics, and the integration of natural elements, both physical and visual.

We also consider activation. Some individuals thrive in more dynamic and stimulating environments. Elements such as gamification or fidget furniture can play a role here. By bringing all these dimensions together, we develop an integrated model that helps organizations make neuroinclusivity concrete and actionable.
